Aces High uses Google Calendar to manage our aircraft as an online schedule. After completing the necessary paperwork and aircraft checkouts, you will be granted access to the calendars. This allows us to simplify our access and the logistics of scheduling; many smart phones interface automatically with Google.
Getting added to the Calendar
Once a checkout is complete, your instructor must email Aces High directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
Students Gmail address
Airplane(s) checked out
Verification that the rental agreement/info form, aircraft checkout sheet and copies of all pilot records are on file
Unfortunately, direct requests from students or pilots for schedule access will not be granted.
